Sean is a 19 year old Irish trumpeter from Arklow Co.Wicklow. Growing up in his local marching band Sean found his love for music and playing the trumpet. From the age of 12 Sean has performed across Ireland, Europe and America as the lead trumpet and soloist for the Inbhear Mor Performance Ensemble.

Outside of ensembles, Sean has played in the band for many shows including Les Miserables (school edition under the direction of Sean Gilligan) and The Emmanuel Concerts in the Helix. At the age of 17, Sean started his current job with WiseGuys Wedding Band where he plays in different venues across Ireland every week and also weekends at The Cork Jazz Festival in 2018 and 2019.

Aiming to become a professional musician, Sean commenced his degree at TU Dublin in 2019, studying trumpet performance under the tuition of Eamonn Nolan. Like many of us musicians, Sean cannot wait to be back playing live music every week!
